Dispatch times

We will usually dispatch your order either the same day or the next working day, ensuring your flower essences are on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, both within the United Kingdom and internationally:

  • Within the United Kingdom:
    • Royal Mail First Class 24 Tracked: Expect delivery within 1 or 2 days of dispatch.
    • Royal Mail Second Class 48 Tracked: Expect delivery within 2 or 3 days of dispatch.
    • Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier
  • Outside the UK:
    • Royal Mail Standard Airmail: Depending on location, delivery usually takes between 4-14 days.
    • Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail: Depending on location, delivery takes between 4-14 days.
    • Courier: Typically by UPS, TNT, or DHL.
    • Japan: Unfortunately, we are unable to send courier shipments to Japan. Delivery to Japan is by Royal Mail Airmail only and by a weight limit of 6kg per order.
