How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be as follows: 10ml & 25ml Bottles: 4 drops on the tongue 4 x a day. The Archangels and Masters Essences can be used in two different ways: if you feel in need of inspiration take four drops and call on the help of your chosen Light Being - repeat as necessary. Alternatively take four drops four times a day again asking for help with each dose, until you feel a shift in consciousness. 30ml Sprays: Spray liberally into the auric field for a quick energetic re-balance or use over a period of time to support more permanent transformation. For best results take essences from stock level, away from food and drink.
